Chapter Four is the penultimate release from Midleton's Silent Distillery Collection, paying tribute to the final casks filled at the Old Midleton Distillery before its closure. Aged 48 years in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 53.9% ABV, this is a full-bodied, intensely rich Irish whiskey. The nose offers manuka honey, caramelized apple, and nougat.
