Macallan Glenlivet 1937 Sherry Cask Bottled 1970s G M Gordon & Macphail

This Speyside whisky was distilled by The Macallan in 1937. Bottled and released by Gordon & Macphail this is a good example of an indie bottling of The Macallan. The bottling strength of this whisky is 40% which is at the lower end of the scale for whiskies.
